Are my photos uploaded?
The mobile app keeps records on your device. Exporting or sharing happens only when you request it.
Does it replace an official inspection?
No. Use it as your own supplementary record alongside any document required by your lease, landlord, or local rules.
What happens when I retake a photo?
The selected evidence photo is replaced so the previous thumbnail is not silently left as the current record.
Can I add unusual rooms?
